These plans typically come with actionable objectives and framework for evaluations that help BCHD track progress and adjust strategies.

Completed and signed BCHD Request for Proposal (RFP) must be submitted by Friday, February 6, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (extension) and emailed to Sadiya Muqueeth, Chief Health Policy and Strategy Officer | Sadiya.Muqueeth@BaltimoreCity.gov In the subject line, you must type “Strategic Plan RFP Submission”.
